Tier 4 rare unique perk idea
Just an idea but when you unlock a tier 3 unique rare perk on either survivor or killer, you can have the option to change it to a tier 4 very rare perk (you can only do this to one of your tier 3 rare unique perks in your build though) for increased/added/changed effects, for example:
Balanced landing could reduce stagger effects from falling by 100% and you only suffer from exhaustion for 30 seconds.
Bond's survivor aura-reading range is increased to 48 metres
Unnerving presence removes great skill checks (great with ruin) when a survivor is within the killer's terror radius and increases the chances of triggering a skill check by 15% instead of 10%.
Quick and quiet increases the time it takes for the killer to receive a visual or audio notifications by 1.5 seconds (this includes when a gen is completed, a hex perk is destroyed or when a survivor vaults) and is stackable. 4 survivors running this means it takes 6 seconds for the killer to receive a visual/audio notification.
Empathy reveals the aura of the killer to you when within 12 metres of an injured or downed survivor, while still being able to see the aura of an injured survivor within an infinite range. Lets you know if the killer is chasing the survivor and if they're about to be downed.
With knock out, survivors within 24 metres of the downed survivor gain the exposed effect until the downed survivor is hooked or the other survivors move out of range; the original effect of knock out is removed however, and survivors can still see the downed survivor's aura throughout the map.
Stridor increases your movement speed by 5% seconds after hitting a survivor for 5 seconds, while retaining its original abilities.
Beast of prey instead allows you to perform actions (vault, break, search, pick up, main weapon attack speed, power charge/action etc.) 35% faster when bloodlust activates until after 6 seconds of it going (allowing for decreased weapon cooldown time and faster pickup). Does not retain beast of prey's original abilities (because let's be honest, it's garbage)
What do you guys think? As I said before though, you can only have one of these in your builds; some of them are a bit stronger than a lot of perks, so that's why you can only run one of each in your build. And just to clarify, you can still change it back to a tier 3 perk if you need to to replace it with another tier 4 perk if that wasn't clear from the start.

edit: quick and quiet still retains it's original effects also, in case it isn't clear
Beast of prey doesn’t stack either; with 8 stacks of stbfl, the successful attack cooldown speed will be overridden by stbfl, but doesn’t apply to the other actions
Quick and quiet doesn’t apply to tinkerer

does everyone know what I mean by a rare unique perk? The perk unique to each character that is of a rare rarity at tier 3, instead of very rare. E.g. bond is dwight's rare unique perk and leader and prove thyself are very rare when at tier 3.

I get what you mean and I think it's a cool idea, even if it's just a thought0

I would say make it unique just for the character ya know and then only 1 of em on the build.. reason to play as dwight... reason to play as LF etc..0
