Look at the images below, that'll tell you basically all you need to know.
Again, questions like these require me to have 4 people in a KYFs with me, but since you asked specifically only "4 Lessen Mist Offerings," than that's the equivalent to one Murky Reagent and one Lessen Reagent.
For context, that's this image from the DBD Wiki link above:
This isn't 1 Murky and 1 Lessen, just one Murky, but it's basically the same almost. (it's of course behind the PTB but the PTB doesn't change the mist offerings...)

The only thing that would change Mist Offerings is a huge engine rehaul, which the game hasn't seen since the Engine shift back in early 2019 to late 2018...
This is why i'll be using this for the example, quick, easy, and it's basically the same results if I were to go into a KYFs myself. The Mist Reagents stack off of a Slightly, Moderately, an Considerably system, so it might be thicker with 1 Murkey and 1 Lessen? But... it doesn't say if the stacking has a hard cap or not.

I'll still look into it later, but this should be good enough. I don't believe the Reagents cap, but the thickest I've seen is that image from the DBD Wiki, I don't think it goes above Murky, and the DBD Wiki claims that there are combinations, but it only lists 4 possible combinations.
If it does, i'll Re-@ you at some other point, unless someone else wants to do it before me OR I don't find anyone that can help me.

Also, I realized you asked for Lessen and not thicken, but the Lessen Mist offerings DO require me to have 4 people, which I don't have on hand at the push of a button ha ha. (Unless you mean "Lessen" as in the weaker offerings and not "Lessen" as in the Clear Reagent that lessens the fog...?)

But...
Does the Lessen Mist offerings even "Lessen" the mist? Since the Default image and the Clear Reagent images are basically one in the same, so would this even do anything if we brought it up from slightly to Tremendously?
Well, the Fog Offerings only just increase the amount of fog that's produced, not the thickness of it. More fog gives the illusion of more thickness to it.
That being said, what would that look like? Again, I and many others don't have 4 people on hand to go into a KYFs lobby to test this, so it's pretty difficult for me to give you an answer on the LESSENED fog offerings than it is for the THICKNESS fog offerings, since the thickness fog offerings can be stacked and equal the amount you're looking for...
But here's the thing, this has been done before in LIVE matches for me, and the results are not really that noticeable. It's not going to give you the same results as the Moonlight Offerings if that's what you're thinking, it just decreases and increases the fog, which hardly does anything anyways if you have good eyes or a basic understand of how Survivors think.
That being said, it could be useful for Claudettes or stealth builds for Killer and Survivor, but to lessen the fog? Survivors hardly do it because it doesn't benefit them, it benefits the Killer.

Since I hardly ever see a 4 Clear Reagent offering list in-game, it doesn't benefit the Survivors so why do it?
This is honestly as far as I can go unless someone else wants to gather the players to do it. Maybe i'll come across and answer in the future to see, otherwise, you'll have to wonder if there is a hard-cap on the Reagents or if they don't go past 1 Lessen.
