Yes, almost always unless I'm doing a special build.

Spine Chill and Bond are never not in my loadout. Even if you arent playing stealth its super useful to juke the killer about with. Bond helps you see other suvs so to know when theyre in a chase and you can help them or do gennies

Very rare if I'm not using it! It was always my favorite.

A loadout I frequently use is Bond, Spine Chill, Prove Thyself, and Iron Will. I can't live without Iron Will, so I try to implement it into every build I do! :)

No. It's super easy to know when killers are nearby and start moving before they can do anything. It's an unnecessary perk. It's only helpful vs Ghost Face and silent bell wraith. Neither of those are common enough for me to have a mediocre perk instead of something more useful in the rest of my games.

Sometimes. I usually rotate perks on a perk slot.

I don't. I find the stealth gameplay to be beyond boring. But definitely a good perk for those that like it.

Yes. And I combine it with kindred after the buff. SC is almost always my go to perk in almost all of my builds. I feel naked and afraid without it.

Nope, but I probably should with all the Pig, GF and MM killers I usually go against. My perks are usually DS, Deliverance, SC and SB/DH. I'm at rank 2 right now (almost rank 1).

Not really. I find the perk to be a bit lackluster. And if a stealth killer is heading my way, I typically don't move until he's reached me anyways. The best use I've found of the perk is that it makes vaulting seem a little cleaner, and its very nice if you're trying to rush an exit gate after the hatch has been closed. Most killers don't think to walk to the gate backwards so you can get the 9% increased speed the whole time they're coming to you.

That's just not true. It's also good against Myers, Pig, Hag or any killer with Monitor and Abuse, Spirit. It's good against any killer but those ones specifically. You can't always see or hear the killer, especially before they see you. Not to mention the 6% speed boost could shave off the couple seconds' difference that means finishing a gen, totem or gate.

I love spine chill. Yes it sucks against maybe doctor but it never doesn't give you good information. I suck at looping so i try to avoid it until i have to.

I probably use it 75% of the time

I respectfully disagree with that. Sometimes by the time the terror radius goes off its too late. Its also super useful to know when the killer is looking your way to help with so much more than stealth, it helps big time escaping the killer when you know you are not in their LOS. Sure you can say look behind you, but i guess it depends on how good that person is at running with constant sight on the killer.

I like using the Crows as a built in Spine Chill when it’s a stealth killer. Map and location change how much of a heads up you’ll get. I used to underestimate the Crows but they are extremely useful for both survivors and killers. It’s more difficult but if you don’t have something like empathy then there is a good chance that you’ll spot crows either landing where someone has been or taking off where they currently are. Crows can be both a survivor or a killers best friend, depending on the circumstances.

I think it’s a great perk but I ended up relying on it and constantly looking at the corner of my screen. Like when a movie has subtitles in a language you understand but your eyes keep drifting to the words.

Absolutely. With the amount of stealth killers I encounter, it helps quite a bit (Especially killers like Ghostface and Mikey, where there whole power predicates on maintaining line of sight.)Used to run Empathy to gain info on where a killer was, then I tried Spine Chill after watching Otzdarva and PainReliever discuss it. I used Empathy to find out if the killer was around me, and judged whether I was safe to repair/heal based on that info. But since Spine Chill does that AND gives me that small action boost, I've started using it instead. It's also great for losing the killer mid chase. Very underrated.

It's a much have. Even when I'm doing a special build I make sure to include it

Spine chill is very good against stealth killers but it can also help you out if the killer is the one who doesn't know you're there and is heading your way. I use it in most of my matches but no perk is absolutely critical to your game
