If ruin is changed from a hex...
I think if ruin is changed from a hex, it shouldn't apply the automatic regression of a gen, but rather, when you kick it, it regresses twice as fast. Just a thought since I feel like everyone is in a riot right now.
On another note, the odds of ruin becoming a non-hex perk is not likely. The perk is meant to fit the theme of the Hag, whose perks are meant to be hexes. Maybe if gen times are increased by 10 seconds, this change would become more welcome.

True, but in combination with that and other slowdown perks, I think it'll be very powerful. Also, let PGTW, Surge, and Ruin synergize with each other if this change happens.

Well, Dead Hard only works like half the time, and the other 2 are perks that punish killers who tunnel and camp. They are probably the easiest perks to counter, but when they do get used, they are very strong at what they do. I find DS and BT to just be too powerful end game, but other than that, they're fine.
