Wondering will the developer rework OoO, so that swf not too overpowered when using it

Just playing hag vs full red rank sweaty SWF with OoO, I am completely destroyed by them.
Below are Their strategy.
When I chase person with OoO, their teammate will purposely trigger my trap ( got information where is my trap from their teammate ) at safe distance so that wont get hit even I immediate teleport.
When I chase another person, the OoO also do the same, trigger my trap at safe distance.
Entire match, I always have 8 trap on hands due to keep getting purposely trigger by them.
In the end, match end with 6 minute, I only able to get 1 hook due to NOED which immediately destroyed after I hook that person. Sadly, With BT and DS, they all escape and clicking flashlight + teabag at the gate.
