Struggling to break free while being carried by the killer

I would appriciate a second option to use a mouse instead of A and D keys to struggle free for those who don't seem to be able to tap the A and D the way the game wants it. My bar stutters constantly, not making much progress because I am unable to tap the A and D steadily. Just let us wiggle the mouse to break free, please.
