"Dying Light" in the Shrine of Secrets?

When will be Michael's "Dying Light" perk in the Shrine of Secrets? The last time it was there was on May 15 last year. And then it was an old perk, before the rework. Due to the new Ruin, it would be logical to give an alternative to people, considering the fact that the new Dying Light has never been in the Shrine of Secrets, wouldn't it?
