hmm. i highly doubt that professional employees would say these sorts of things, let alone the fact that it's not reasonable for a worker of a company for a game you're playing to attack a single user. if you really feel you've been personally attacked by employees, however, it'd be better to email BHVR themselves with the evidence to have them review it... ^^'

regardless on whether if this is BHVR or not, it's not exactly the best choice to post things like this here. if there's been an issue, personally reach out to the business at hand and discuss it with them. bringing something like this to the public can cause immense controversy, especially if it turns out to be false. some members of the community can have a mob mentality, and that's not healthy.
it's seriously recommended OP removes this.

While these people are definitely deserving of a ban I doubt they're BHVR employees. Any 12 year old can change their name to something something_BHVR. It's not hard. Send a report tickets to support so these players can be banned.
