New killers and survivors could be a problem
The more killers and survivors come into the game in the far future the more difficult it is to get the perks you want on them on the bloodweb. It's easy for really new players because they get to pick and choose the characters they'll level up for perks but the more you 50 the more perks you get. My solution? Either keep double bloodpoints the norm or every 5 or 10 levels you get to choose a perk you want. What do you guys think? Because I had to level up Yui probably thrice over to get everything and it'll just keep getting worse.

i think a shrine of secrets rework would be great, where every perk is available for a basic shard price, however every week 2 killer and 2 survivor perks get selected randomly to get a discount.
that way new players would be able to get all the perks they want with playtime without being forced to buy certain (cough cannibal cough) chapters with real money.
and maybe, if a perk was bought via the shrine, the perk should be added to your perks immediately on level 1?
i would also like to have perks level up passively by using them in games. that'd be a neat thing imo.

Allowing us to unteach teachable perks would be a great start.
For exmple, in my unlimited wisdom, I unlocked Hangman's Trick like a year ago. Now however I know for a fact, that I would never use that trash perk, unless I am going for Amanda's achievent (which I am not). However now I am stuck with that on every of my killers.

but then you wont buy dlcs. Devs want you to buy it all. Grind forever or buy.

That would be way too consumer friendly. Just buy another premium rift pass and stop complaining.
