Whats the disturb crows challenge?

In archives there's a disturb 25 crows challenge. Is it a killer or survivor challenge, and how is it done in detail?

Go run past them. Like a field of lightning bugs.

The Symbol means that it is for both, you can complete it with Killer or Survivor. And well, you need to disturb the Crows which are in the Levels.
I would try to do it via Swamp, because at the Pantry and the Ship are big Crowbombs, one of those is easily enough.

I think it's a challenge for both survivor and killer. Just run around the map and scare crows away. Sometimes you can work on a generator and repeatedly scare a crow away, which also counts.
