The Rage Quitting Is STILL NOT FIXED

Five games in a row, rage quit after rage quit after rage quit. Please introduce TIME OUTS for atleast 20 minutes if they do it more than twice. I'm SERIOUSLY FED UP of this now. SERIOUSLY... You said it would be addressed yet here I am still seeing rage quitters game after game.
