Could you make generator slower to repair?

This is painful to play as killer at high ranks without Hex : Ruin, but now Ruin is useless and now play as killer give you the impression of not being able to do anything against gen rush especially for weak killers like Wraith.
Now play killer at red ranks is just depressing.

Nobody wants to work on a gen for more than 80 seconds at base, also wraith isn't weak he is pretty strong in the right hands

Gens are boring enough as it is. We need a second objective, not an increase in repair times.
