Toxic killers are allowed and protected
I'm done with this toxic killer rampage that is being allowed. I have played back to back killers the past few months who literally hook someone and stand 3 feet infront of them. Even barrowed time doesn't save me from being downed getting a survivor off hook, just to have the same killer stand 3 feet from me until I die on hook.
Yeah. Great game!
-would love to say that this isn't just a once in awhile kind of thing. I face several killers like this EVERY. SINGLE. DAY.
But if I quit, I'm the bad guy. I'm being a "baby" and "should be honorable and just die on hook". Dont forget get punished by the game itself for quitting on a piece of trash camper killer as he stands infront of me. Hitting me. Over and over until I die as they down anyone who comes close to me.
So we are supposed to just be hooked and camped to be farmed for points for the killers so they rank up and that's totally 100% okay according to everyone?
No wonder there is trash survivors who just closet and hatch camp instead of being a team player!
I have messaged the killers myself and they just laugh and call names because even THEY KNOW that they are TOXIC and they will CLEARLY get away with it.
I have reported them (after getting the same camping killer in more matches then one) and NOTHING has been done. (reported on DbD and xbox live)
I have recorded them to PROVE they are honestly doing this. Even putting in comments if I report that I have 100% proof they are doing this and it's not just 1 round.
I have blocked them and still get put against them.
Best part is a toxic killer going after someone because he can see their name and remembers that he played against them last round. It's so awesome trying to fight that..
BUT dont worry! I can't quit before the match even starts if it's the same toxic killer because that "unfair" for a survivor to see the killers name.
The killers who play this toxic think its hilarious. I've seen them talking/commenting in forums, on facebook dbd pages, even on the official DbD page about how they do it on purpose to pi$$ survivors off. They are trolls that are completely allowed to troll and get protected by DbD.
I love the game. I have paid money in the game. I get that everyone can be a little toxic some times and have no problem with that. I do have a problem with the amount of killers who play like I stated above. Especially waiting 20-30mins to even get into that match.

Killers get punished enough for hard camping (or almost enough).
I think what we need is rewarding survivior for being on hook for multiple phases, because it means he is "abandoned" and gives his time to do objectives. Buying time for your team is rewarded in chases, so It should also be when hooked.
In my opinion it could be someting like that:
10 points for the Benevolent emblem for every Sacrifice phase increase while killer is less than 16 meters away. (Max 20 points)
Additional points added in a similiar way being in chase contributes towards Lightbringer emblem, but instead it works while the killer is close to hook. (Cant propose exact numbers because its complicated)

"Toxic killers are allowed and protected"
Slugging: Most of the time necessary to get 4K as killer and mostly results in a black pip. No real reward.
Tunneling: Countered by DS, looping, body blocking teammates, etc.
Camping: Killers get penalized for it by losing points. Camping killers never pip unless the other survivors are potatoes and dedicate to one rescue over completing the gens.
Oh and you think killers are protected? You must be new to the game or are just another entitled survivor. Killers are constantly ignored by devs when they have legitimate complaints and when they do get acknowledged, it is in the form of nerfs. Look up Killer is Fun to Play on Youtube just to see the things killers went through back then and tell me toxic killers are the problem. Truth is that survivors have the power role and survivors losing is purely based on them making mistakes and not being good enough to win chases. Love how when killers are "toxic" it's the end of the world and everyone screams, but when survivors are toxic and bully baby killers they're seen as heroes and legends. Gotta love the double standards. Start running DS and and DH and learn how to loop and I'll guarantee you that DBD will become the least stressful game you've ever played. Survivor is so easy.

Please do not report camping/tunneling/slugging - it's not something that is reportable and it's a mechanic that can be used in the game. Whilst I appreciate it's no fun being camped, if the other survivors play it right the killer will gain very little from that game in the way of bloodpoints or pips.

So. Like I said, toxic killers are protected. Point being very much made by mandytalk.
Cool. Cool. Awesome.

I play BOTH killer and survivor.
I try to be as non-toxic as possible.
I know and understand how unfun it is to face toxic killer/survivors so I try my best not to do either.
Here let me set this up for you:
Spawn in. A survivor instant down by Huntress. Huntress stands about 6 feet away. Throws hatchets at any one that comes near. She has locker right next to her dont forget. Get a second to sneek and get survivor off hook, but get downed in process. Get hooked. Hang there with Huntress standing 6 feet infront downing everyone around. Die on hook while she hooks everyone else. Match ends.
Wow! Man that "legit strategy" deemed by you it's just soooo much fun.
Now take that strategy with a different killer and deal with it every other game. Sometimes back to back. No one makes it out alive or if they do then they are a P.O.S survivor that hid the whole time.
No, Robmeister88 I'm not a ######### player, but thank you. I also am not new to this game. But thank you again.
Toxic camping is not okay.
It does not make being a toxic killer over and over because you know there is NO repercussions OKAY.
But look!
Just like mandytalk says:
Survivors cant report killers!
Survivors cant block killers!
Survivors cant quit because survivors get all points taken away, lose a rank and get put with a time out punishment before we can play next round.
If a killer is good, it's fun even if your whole team dies. When they can get the whole team hooked with out being toxic it's awesome! No bad blood. Killer won fair and square.
But when I deal with this toxicity EVERYDAY it's a problem.
When I play killer and survivors message me "thank you for being fun and not toxic" even tho I killed them?
What does that say?

As killer I can confirm that if I stand 3ft in front of hook...
There is nothing I can do to stop him from being saved. A bum rush is a bum rush. If they use teamwork bate hits and protect and body block two people can do it with the 3nd on the hook
And the only thing I can do is cry as the 4th guy pops a gen and all that camping was wasted.
You may not like it but it's completely counterable

Yeah I'm not a fan of giving players points for being hooked ... that'll reward them for nothing.

Not for being hooked. For being hooked AND being left to die + bonus points for delaying the killer. Every method of slowing the killer down should be rewarded, no matter the situation.

I actually might be in favor of it if only because it will give Survivors a little more reason to tough it out and not suicide on the hook instantly.
