Just buff the perk, in game 30 seconds is a long time not only that windows of opportunity’s cool-down is 20 seconds.
just reduce the cool-down to 20 seconds

when you said buff i thought you were going to say something like tone down the aura brightness.. how do you play with that perk? It's beyond distracting

I just use it with clown to cutoff possible routes. It is a bit distracting tho
