You don't have to downplay someone else's experience because it happens to other. Both of those situations are evidently unfun and frustrating. Except the first one should not be a thing, there should be a minimum distance based on heartbeat as well as distance. If Doc is running Distressing and both heartbeat addons, he shouldn't be able to hear you scream off the bat.
