Closing the gap between SWF and Solo

The biggest advantage of SWF over Solo surviviors is ability to communicate. As SWF are "unbalanceable", we have to fix Solo surviviors so that we can balance them both.

So my idea is "Voice Commands"

No, not Voice Chat, Voice commands. A set of voicelines for surviviors to comunicate with eachother, something like "save me!" "do the gens!" "killer is here" etc. Voice commands are available in many games, most often pressing a designated button opens a fast menu with 6-8 different voice lines to choose from.

Surviviors voices could be heard by the killer, so my idea is to have 2 loudness levels: whispering and shouting. It would be used instead of the second emote button, shouting works while standing, running or being in sacrifice phase, whispering while holding crouch button.

Advantages to surviviors:

Better cordination. You can tell your teammates not to go save you because you have Deliverance ou Unbreakable, or to DO THE GENS because killer is facecamping you. I think everyone has lost a game because of teammates being potatoes, ability to communicate could have saved you many times.

So this would be a definitelly a big buff to surviviors, but killers would also benefit from this

Advantages to killers:

1.Surviviors are easier to find. Careless surviviors could reveal their location by talking, Stridor perk could make their voices louder for the killer.

2.SWF BALANCING. This change would make coordination between Solo surviviors way stronger, partially closing the gap between them and SWF, and allowing devs to actually balance the SWF to some extent

ADDITIONAL SWF PROBLEM: another advantage of SWF is ability match eachother perk loadouts. Playing against 4 man SWF with 4 Decisive Strikes, 4 Deliverances, 4 Borrowed Times and 4 Unbreakables is a nightmare.

Solution: there can be max 2 copies of each perk is a SWF lobby. SWF can coordinate their loadouts however they want, so it would pose no problem to them, but this way they will have to think a bit instead of bringing 4 broken meta loadouts.

Solution2: SOLO surviviors in the lobby can see eachother perks. This will allow them to coordinate loadouts faster, with the help of lobby chat, and avoid bad perk synergies.
