Chapter ??: The Strings Of The Condemned

New Killer: The Puppeteer

Story: Hard times befell on the puppeteer as he was growing up.Never able to make friends he was judged on by his appearance not just by others but his own family as well. His older brothers beat him and taunted him daily as his father watched on in utter discussed of the site of him. The only glimmer of happiness was his mother who fell ill when the puppeteer was still just a boy. In her final acts of love and affection to her tortured little boy one last gift to him before she passes on a box with a funny little wooden puppet inside. After the death of his mother he found comfort in the inspiration by her. Crafting puppets in his old workshop in a broke down caravan an putting on puppet show for all the children to enjoy. Knowing he will never draw a croud like his bother playing lead rolls in the Theater over shadowing his small caravan stage.Then one day as he starts a show to present the newest member of his puppet cast he hears a voice calling to him. The puppets start to wisper to him telling him things he never knew about his family. He starts felling a rush of emotion. Anger, Envy, Sadness and he makes a hasty to the theater grabing what he can in a his satchel as he races to the Dellarose to confident his father and bothers on his new discovery. His older brother is on stage rehearsing for the next show. He spots the puppeteer walks toward him and demands to know why he would show his face on this stage. As the eldes bother starts up the stairs to the back stage he find his two bothers holding a pair of shears into the puppeteer bothers side. Unaware how it happened the puppeteer dashing to hide in a wardrobe in the narrow rehearsal room. Hoping the eldes bother didnt hear him come in here, he hears the familiar voice of his brother demanding he come out and answer for his crime. Entering the narrow room all he finds is a wardrobe filled with a strange black fog. Opening it the fog fluids out .Gasping for air knocks over a oil lamp as he struggles to leave the room. Realizing what hes done he rushes to escape the burning room as the flames grow higher and higher.


Killer Power

Stage Hand: Being a part of a family of performers on stage you find it easy to navigate in the small corners of the back stage and set it up just as easily. The Puppeteer has two active abilities.


Wardrobe Change: The Puppeteer is able to see lockers when standing next to a locker and use it to appear out of another locker a moderate cool down fallows after. If a locker is being used the survivors is forced out so the puppeteer to appear out of the locker.


String Traps: The Puppeteer has the ability to place string traps this normally will not injure a survivor just hold them in place till escaped, saved, or picked up. The Puppeteer can places 5 string traps at one time untill disarmed or trigger you can not place anymore traps down.


Add-ons


Unraveled String: loose unusable puppet string when a survivor steps on your trap they will yell but not cought in the trap instead they will suffer the Hindered states effect for 30 seconds and you will receive 100% in the Devious catagory for everytime a survivor steps in your trap this will trump all other add-ons


Hemp String: tight puppet string with a good hold. Slightly harder to escape the trap. Moderately harder to disarm the trap


Tempered String: a strong line of string good for many uses. Considerably harder to escape the trap Tremendously harder to disarm the trap will notify the killer of your attempt to disarm his trap


Bloody String: Covered in blood this string is intended to impale. Injuries survivors when cought in trap Tremendously harder to escape trap when a survivor disarms a trap they will be injured


 Wooden Button: A old button that was used for puppet eyes. When a survivor is near a locker you see there heart beat for 6 second before you switch to another locker


Felt Cloth: The best material for puppet costumes. After exiting a locker pools of blood are more visible to you for 60 sec.


Wood Handle: wood handles are the best to manipulate your puppets. Allows you to see all generators progression by there aura before you switch to another locker


Stan Rag: A cloth used to stan wood crafts. When you successful hit a survivor after exiting a locker the survivor suffers from the Exhausted states effect for 30 sec.


Sewing Needles: Needles needed to stick old cloth into clothing. When you successful hit a survivor after exiting a locker the survivor suffers from the Hemorrhaging states effect for 30 sec.


Carving Tool: A tool used to carve wood. When you successful hit a survivor after exiting a locker the survivor suffers from the Mangled states effect for 30 sec.


Bloody Shears: Once a tool used to cut fabric now a sharp bloody calling card for the Puppeteer. When you hit a survivor after exiting a locker the survivor suffers from the broken states effect for 30 sec.


Spool: Extra string just in case. Adds 1 extra string trap at start of trial can carry 1 extra string trap during this trial.


Large Spool: Extra string the more the merrier. Adds 2 extra string traps at start of trial can carry 2 extra string trap during this trial.


2 Large Spool: All the string you can carry. Adds 3 extra string traps at start of trial can carry 3 extra string traps during this trial.


Lillian the Puppet: The first of many puppets that was made for his show. After switch to a locker all survivors near a generator are revealed to you for 6 sec.


Jeremy the Puppet:The next addition to the cast of puppets. After switch to a locker all survivors healing are revealed to you for 6 sec.


Damian the Puppet:The third act in his puppet show. When a survivor is caught in a string trap you gain a 50% speed boost for 20 sec.


Woodral the Puppet: The puppet given to the Puppeteer by his mother. When you switch to another locker your terror radius is map wide all survivors are exposed for 30 sec. For every survivor you put on a hook you gain a extra 100% in the sacrifice catagory for that action.


Mori: While the survivor is crawling on the ground the Puppeteer grabs his big shears stabs the survivor in the side sit down on the survivor and strangles them with his puppets strings.


New Killer Perks

Confined: When a survivor enters a locker while this perk is active they are traped by the entity for a short while (3,5,7 sec) once the entity release its hold on the locker you can leave with hast and not notify the killer where you are and leave no scratch marks or blood trail for 12 second this perk has a cool down of 120 sec.


Hex: Envious Strings: A hex totem is let at the begining of the game while on a generator every time a survivor misses a skill check the generator is deprogresed (10%, 15%, 20%) of the full generator progression.


Terrifying Opportunist: Your Jealousy of others success inpowers you. When the last generator is powered you can see the aura of the hatch and if you open a exit gate before the end game collapse the exit is blocked for 30 sec


New Survivor: Thomas Lettarburg

Story:Thomas was a average joe with a dead end job working late hours aa a security guard in a museum. Spending most of his long hours at his desk watching t.v. thing rarely happen there but this time there was a strange sound echoing though the building. Thomas sometimes goes a little to deep into investigating the problem do to all the mystery shows he watches on t.v. He arrives in the pharaohs tome exhibit where the sound became the loudest. Flashlight in had he searches the area for signs of movement unaware of the thick black fog slowly rising under him as hes walks right into a thick dark forest with the light of a campfire being the only source of light near him.


New Survivor Perks

Area Secured: when you complete a generator your aura is revealed to the killer for 5 sec and all other survivors get distortion for (15,20,25) sec


Dumb Luck: When working on a generator if you fail a skill check it has a chance to speed up the progression for as long as you continue working on it


Trusty Sidekick: You have a guaranteed chance to get a flashlight when you open your first chest with rare or better and your accuracy with a flashlight is considerably better.
