An anti-tunnel perk is fantastic. but sometimes can be more like an invulnerability. The perk should stay the same, With the only change that if someone else is hooked, it will disable the perk. (Unless they get unhooked again.)

    reduce the skill check back to the way it used to be, it is way to easy to hit it now. At least make it take some skill to hit the check come on....
