Doctor Unhooks
Don't know if I'm just the worst red rank in the game or something, but I'll give you a scenario that just happened.
Rushed through gens (because ruin nerf lmao so fun) and Doctor hooked someone right as EGC started. Entire team went to help the unhooked person and the Doctor ended up just continuously shocking us as we tried to unhook.
My team ditched me but I stayed just trying to unhook the survivor as he kept shocking because I was determined to see if that really made it impossible.
Whenever I tried to unhook, he would shock and it'd cancel the unhook animation. You'd have to wait a few seconds because it won't let you even begin the unhook action right after being shocked, but by the time you can he'll shock you again and restart the process. Was impossible for me to unhook no matter what I did. Doctor was even running an add-on (it was only a brown add-on) that increased charge time slightly.
Sure I may just be bad but I want to know if anyone else has dealed with this situation and if they were able to pull off the save. Doctor not attempting to attack, grab survivors, ect. Only shocking and that's it. Go ahead and test it in a KYF match and I'd like to hear your results.

Getting shocked has almost always interrupted actions. Intentionally so.

I knew this, used to be a doctor main for a few months. I don't believe that it should be entirely possible to make it impossible to unhook another survivor though.

Theoretically, you can dodge a shock and then get the unhook. But if he can keep hitting you each time, then yeah, he can stop the unhook. However, with a coordinated team, it's easy enough to get the unhook cause all you have to do is spread out so that not everybody gets shocked. Then whoever didn't get shocked is free to unhook.

Solo queue isn't that coordinated >:(
