The NEW Doc.

So, great changes overall BUT there is one thing I think should be changed and that is the fact that T3 is worse than T2 right now. So what I would recommend is changing the doc's add ons to effect T1 and T2 the way they currently effect T2 and T3. Seeing as the latter is why T3 is so bad now when combined with the snap out of it changes, this simply change would allow the doc to stay as is without people being scared of putting someone into T3.

Thoughts, opinions?

The snap out of it changes felt weird and unneeded, they could go back to normal and it'd be fine. Also the music could go back imo. Other than that new Doc is kinda fun, but I probably won't be a Doc main anymore, might switch to Wraith or Hag since the changes just aren't for me

I think its ok, because since Static Blast makes peoples go up 1 level, survivors won't spend too much time on T1, being a Pikachu doctor is actually rewarding now, which is the most fun aspect of him, so yeah, even though its a nerf to T3, its not really a big deal, he is great at where he is now, the fact that you can make their tiers go up so quickly, compensates for the fact that they can snap out easily.

Leave survivors that you're not chasing at T2, and if you need a chase, get them to T3 with Static and pikachu spam, no need to buff more honestly.

    He is straight up fun.

Overall it's an improvement. I do think it's a bit of a missed opportunity though. It would have been nice if they used the rework to give him some sort of map mobility option. For instance when his static blast is on cooldown he could transform into an electric ball and travel really quick but couldn't see survivors, blood trails or scratch marks. It wouldn't be a chase ability but rather just map mobility. Or you know.. whatever. Just some option to fast travel the map. Maybe instead of the saw traps the doctor could have unique electrical teleportation devices spread around the map. He could go to one to zap himself to another. I thought given the last handful of killers they had learned their lesson.

The only reason I bring this up is because T3 is worse than T2, which is backwards. This change I put up here wouldn't actually buff the doc at all, it would just move his add on effects to different tiers and this make it worth getting people into T3. Other than killing people doc wants people at high lvls of madness as much as possible and I think this would help without actually making him stronger. But then again I would be VERY surprised if this post even got a dev reply let alone actually implemented.
