Doctor questions
Just really starting to play doc and I love the new updated version. But i do have one question. How can you tell what tier a survivor is in by looking at them? Is there any kind of indicator?

Yes there is, look at the icon on the 'ground' Hud: How large is the circle = tier. Couldn't find an image of it

Bottom-left, you can see in which madness tier they are by looking at their images. The larger the madness indicator in each survivor is, the more madness they have.
Sorry English is not my main language and I can't explain myself any better lol <3

You can tell by how much "shock" they have around their portrait. At Madness tier 1, it's very subtle, Madness tier 2 it's a lot more "shocky?" and Madness tier 3 it's very noticeable, almost like that white fuzz on an old TV.

You only see the difference if they are in T2 or T3. In T2 you are just normal but when you enter T3 you run like gollum with your back crooked. In the left bottum of your screen you can see which madness level the survivors are with the static screen behind their status pictures. If you played doc long enough you will learn the differnce of them. But overall its not that important, if you can get a hit, got for the hit. Many new doc stick to much to try to shock survivors to T3, but thats not smart, always go for hits if you have the chance.
