Never used Ruin myself so cant share.

I love the "ruin" war with the survivors. Where everyone knows where my ruin is and I keep using the totem as bait to get free hits or even downs. Obviously it is the mistakes of the survivors greeding to much on that totem but it was still fun to play for the ruin. Even as survivor, sometimes you had pretty cool and intense fights about that one totem.

old ruin let me have long, satisfying games vs non potatoes but also not SUPER mega optimal survivors, a good middle ground. allowing everyone to get 3 hooked, 1 gen left. it being a close match all around where both sides made some mistakes and everyone overall had a enjoyable game and lots of BP earned
