Yup, all I've been getting is rank 12-13 killers since last rank reset.

It's how they want it to be. They obviously want survivors to escape more.

still though, 2 kills and 2 escaped, exactly the average we need.

Their isn't enough purple and red rank killers for the ammount of survivors in those ranks so the game has to match some high rank survivors with low rank killers.
It's not the fault of the MM but the fault of player demographics. Somehow the devs need to do something so their are more high rank killers.

If it was against a real rank 13 killer it would have been a 0k I guarantee. I got the two k simply because of my experience, luck, and the fact they got a little too bold

Maybe make it easier to pip as killer?
I know they worked on the gatekeeper emblem, but now that it is much harder to pressure early vame gens, it is basically the same. I had a game where I had 1 bad chase, and barely got a black pip.
