Hex: Blood Warden

Have Blood Warden become a hex that will only make the dull totem light up into a hex totem when the killer hooks someone when the gates are powered and then have it so that the killer can add additional time to the blood warden blockage by hooking survivors after its been activated or if thats too powerful then you can make the hex totem break time extended for each survivor hooked post activation.

Ooh having it as a hex would be interesting and a challenge for me when I am playing survivor. I am all up for this idea.
