Perk question please..
I have been searching but unable to find the answer.... I am trying to find out the max perks you can unlock on the bloodweb at level 50. I have 17 learned perks most purple and some green level 3, but now my bloodweb has stopped giving new perks. Was curious if that's all I have available for now until I level more survivors and get their orange perks? I thought I had seen other basic perks but I couldn't actually remember. Any help would be appreciated!

In order to answer this question fully, it would be good to know whether all the perks on this survivor are at tier 3, and which (if any) teachable perks you have unlocked on other survivors.
Without having any teachable perks from other characters unlocked, the most perks you can have unlocked on a survivor is 17 (14 base perks, plus that character's unique perks). On a killer, it's 15 (12 base perks, plus that character's unique perks).
So if this is the first survivor you have leveled and all the perks you have unlocked are at tier 3, then that would be why the bloodweb is no longer giving you any more perks. You will need to level other survivors and unlock their teachables in order to have more perks available on your first survivor.

That question is hard to answer, as you gain perks while you level up to level 50, so the total amount you can get at level 50 depends on how many you got previously.
Also, it depends on how many Survivors teachables you unlocked, if you're going off of a random amount of Survivors you unlocked than nobody has the answer for you... unless you find it yourself.
Also, the total depends on which side you play, Killer or Survivor, so that's also an issue in how I can answer this for you. There is a total of 74 perks for Survivor and 66 perks for Killer, most of these perks are from DLC characters.
14 Survivor perks can be unlocked by every Survivor WITHOUT having to learn them as a teachable perk from another Survivor, while 12 Killer perks can be unlocked by every Killer WITHOUT having to learn them as a teachable perk from another Killer.

The question you're asking is vague, but this is the answer I can give for what's being asked. You can unlock a total of 74 Survivor perks IF all of the DLC is bought and all of the Survivors teachables are unlocked for every Survivor.
If you're asking about the Killer side, than 66 is the max perks you can get from all the DLC with every teachable unlocked.
Since each perk needs to be unlocked 3 times, we'll do some simple math to show you how many times you'll have to unlock each perk multiplied by 3 (since you need to unlock it 3 times to completely unlock the perk at it's max tier)
This would come out to 222 Survivor perks if you unlocked them all 3 times each and 198 Killer perks if you unlocked them all 3 times each.
If you're just talking about the already base-kit perks, than this would be instead 42 Survivor perks (since you're x it by 3 because you have to unlock each one 3 times) and 36 Killer perks, the normal numbers for the base-kit perks is 14 Survivor perks and 12 Killer perks for context.

If you think otherwise, than you can find out how many perks there are by going into each lobby (Killer and Survivor) and manually counting them up yourself.
