The Scorching Summer BBQ was a limited time event that hasn't been brought back since 2018. Adding it to The Pigs music wouldn't really fit with the character outside of an event setting...
I doubt the event music will ever make a come-back, but if it does it would be used for the event and only the event i'm afraid. Sorry.
It'd be cool if it did come back, I do like some of the event music that plays from time to time.

I'd like to see the return of a lot of event music, but if it doesn't than it wasn't meant to be I guess.

That's another discussion.
I do too yeah, but we'll just have to see what happens in the future for events. This is something new so, we'll see if it sticks or if they expand on it some more.

That's true so I'll just end it with this statement
I thought I heard someone mention that the Devs had decided to no longer do any future events.
I'm included to believe that from how the rift had been going.

More accurately, they've decided not to do events the way they have in the past, with secondary objectives and such, for the foreseeable future. That doesn't mean that events will never return, just that there aren't any such plans at the moment.
And no, Pig didn't have special chase music for the event, I think OP is just requesting that the menu music from the Summer BBQ event be repurposed as chase music for the Pig.

Here's the quote from that post:
"Recently, we’ve changed the way we handle in-game events and wanted to take a moment to explain why we’re putting elaborate objectives on hold. Unique event objectives take a huge amount of time to create and test, taking up time that could be spent fixing bugs and creating new content that’s available year-round. Going forward, events will be focused around extra Bloodpoints (through Offerings and/or Blood Hunts), Archive challenges, and event-exclusive rewards within the free track of The Rift. This allows us to focus our efforts on game health, which we ultimately feel is for the best."
Here's the thing though...
Things can always change, this has happened in the past with some things they've done and so on, so we might see it come back in the future despite it being highly unlikely.
This new event concept is also still fairly new, only the Withering Blight and Lunar Event have seen this integration thus far, we have no idea what might happen in the future or what we might see for future events, even the Christmas Event didn't happen because of this change...
Also, they never really said that this will always be the case now, except not in this post anyways (I don't know for others), so things might change... but they might not, who knows.
I'll end it off with that though, lets leave that discussion for another time it's mentioned.

No, not specifically for The Pig themselves, it was just a special track that played during the events time in the main menu, they'd just like to see it be used on The Pig instead of being retired all together.

Honestly, given the Saw series has some pretty iconic theme music ( https://youtu.be/vhSHXGM7kgE ) I'd expect the Pig to get something based on it in some way.

I believe the license to that music isn't owned by the SaW franchise, so that's kind of why it was never given to The Pig in the first place.
Either that or it's just a licensing issue all together.
