Stronger Perk: Cruel Limits or Bamboozle?
On one hand, Bamboozle (Clown's teachable) allows you to vault faster as well as block that vault for 8/12/16 seconds (depending on your tier). This perk is good for chasing strategies if you ever go against survivors that constantly loop.
On the other hand, Cruel Limits (Demogorgon's teachable) can block all vaults and windows in your radius of 24 metres for 20/25/30 seconds (also depending on your tier) when a generator is complete. This is efficient at preventing survivors from looping in the area you're at.
Now although they're both similar perks, they both have different ways of performing. Which in YOUR opinion is the strongest perk between these two?

They are meme perks outside of very specific builds

Bamboozle, it blocks whyle in a chase (blocking shack pallet forcing a pallet drop or a get away for example), Cruel Limits only works when a gen pops and is situational.

Bamboozle, easily. It works mid chase, can be used anytime, can close god loops at the click of a button. Cruel Limits is too situational. It requires you to be near a generator when it is completed, vaults to be near the generator, and then you have to find a survivor near a gen within 30 seconds, it's all too much.

ok due to big maps and in order to work needs to be gen done cruel limits is trully ######### perk.. I have no idea how anyone from devs or testers could think this is good idea.. yeah on paper sounds great but on broken and such a big maps nope..
and bamboozle is ok perk, but once again you have ONLY 4 slots as killer, if you are survivor you pretty much dont need anything or equip whatever you want - even if most survivors are using mostly 4 same perks years and devs are still covering their eyes to it its normal now.. yes I know money money money..
so bamboozle is ok perk, but only for newer players and if you dont have anything better option.. other than that is useless perk as well..

Bamboozle blocks windows on demand and has unlimited uses. Way better.

Bamboozle. It let's you avoid terrible map design- Iron works, gas haven, torment creek etc

Bamboozle at least lets you disable loops you want, Cruel limits is useless because it basically works around area that surviviors are leaving anyway.

Bamboozle by far, imo is one of the best perks in this game.
It closes any window loops after the first jump, it also lets you cross windows a bit faster. Even the dreaded Killer shack loop is countered by it. I cant count how many times ive closed some of the harshest window loops only to see the survivor reach it the blocked window and flicker before the hit probably thinking "ah crap, he has bamboozle".
I always tought it was weird how many and how much people complain about loops yet I see very few using Bamboozle, guess they have to use perk slots for metas because some youtuber told them X perk is mandatory or you suck.

Bamboozle easily IMO. Cruel Limits is way too unreliable.

cruel limits would be better if only you could block pallets with it, but currently bamboozle is the superior option for the simple fact it also increases your vaulting speed

Bamboozle, Cruel Limits rarely ever hits more than one window. It only really works alright on indoor maps, but rarely are you ever gonna get anything out of it. Bamboozle can force killer shack pallet, it can close off some of the disgusting loops that plague the maps. Unfortunately they're both not great, Bamboozle is only really good on Clown, and that's cause clown's belly is too big to let him loop.

OP's Description for Cruel limits:
"...Cruel Limits (Demogorgon's teachable) can block all vaults and windows in your radius of 24 metres for 20/25/30 seconds (also depending on your tier) when a generator is complete. This is efficient at preventing survivors from looping in the area you're at."
God, I wish it worked that way... That would be so much more useful than how it actually works:
Your ties to the otherworldly manifest when your prey attempts to get away.
Each time a Generator is repaired, all Windows and vault locations within a radius of 24 metres from the completed Generator are blocked for all Survivors for the next 20/25/30 seconds.
This is why Bamboozle is superior in every way. If the survivors pop a generator, there's no guarantee that you are going to be in the area of the gen in order to take advantage of Cruel Limits effect. Whereas Bamboozle is always with you and activates on whatever window you vault. If Cruel Limits activated within your TR when a gen completed, it would be WAY more useful to the killer. Just imagine the scenario where you chase a survivor into the upper floor of a house on Haddonfield, and a gen completes across the map, but instead of all windows around the gen's location getting blocked, its all windows around you and the survivor you're after. That would be so much better.

Cruel Limits needs to be paired with Tinkerer while playing as a killer who can one shot from my experience.
Pairing both perks together (CL&T) with a map offering such as strode/ lery's.. you can get value out of the perk but it's too situational and not very good 🤷🤷🤷
Bamboozle is much better, as you can shutdown a strong loop such as the killer shack quickly.
I personally don't use Bamboozle on clown as he gives off a large sound cue while vaulting.
But it can be good on demogorgon as it hard for survivors to hear the bamboozle sound effect over his chase music ✌

Yeah I made a mistake when reading the descriptions of the perks. My bad oops c: then again we all make mistakes, I was rushing the forum that's probably why I got confused.

Cruel Limits is stronger in that area during the 30 seconds, but Bamboozle helps you at all vaults whenever so it's better.
