Honestly the point of doctor is is his addons just depend on how you want to hit survivors with..however..the iri king and queen I think combo together however I'm not 100 percent..also another good synergy is the interview tape and the high stim electrode for sniper doc..good with gen watching perks or using thrill of the hunt with hexes..decent pressure build tho a tad meme ish
Oh yes though the restraint addons are my favorite especially since they counter all those people thinking they're hot stuff for running calm spirit lol

i have figured the king and queen are probably best together but i don't want to use electrodes with calm, if elecrodes are best with something different.
if somebody could split them into 4 groups. thanks

How well the add-ons combine is highly dependant on your play style and how you like to use his powers.
For example, Iridescent Queen + King. Queen hits people with the equivalent of a Shock Therapy, and King gives debuffs when a survivor is hit with a Shock Therapy or Static Blast. This means that Queen triggers King, which is why this is a good combo.
The point of this combo, though, is to stack a large variety of debuffs. While it CAN be used to find survivors or to sometimes tier them up in madness, the King/Queen combo isn't the best possible add-on combination for those things.
If you tell us exactly how you like to play Doctor and what perks you use, we can give you more specific advice.

@bomb1720 The combination of Order and Discipline is good when it comes to chases. The illusionary pallet combination with constant red stain will really screw with a survivor and can cause them to panic.
While not a direct correlation, you can use Obedience and Restraint as a combination for detection. The Obedience turning skill checks counterclockwise can cause survivors to reveal themselves for failed skill checks. Illusionary Doctors also give you really great information about location.
@WTBacon though is right though. It depends on your play style and perks because those could decrease the effectiveness of the Add-On Combos.

Moldy Electrode increases your shock therapy range which is really good in general.
The calm add ons increase your TR when your static blast is usable and decrease your TR when your static blast is on cooldown. You can do some neat things such as getting a 12m TR using 2 calm addons w/ M&A or a TR of 52m with 2 calm add ons and Distressing.

also as i get looped a lot i'm thinking of just letting survivors drop the pallets on me. would enduring or brutal strength be better?
i know there might be a way in using shock therapy to stop it but as a new doc i'm finding it hard.

Survivors tend to drop pallets early so brutal would be more helpful but I sometimes use enduring.

Sorry for late reply, but I have advice for you.
The new Static Blast makes Whispers redundant, as you can find survivors very easily every 60 seconds. Hex: NOED could also be swapped for something that helps you before the end-game.
The new build based on what you've said so far would be:
- Distressing
- A Nurse's Calling
- Brutal Strength
- Thanatophobia / Sloppy Butcher
The best possible add-ons for you would be:
- Anyone of the Electrodes, Common most likely
- Calm
Distressing messes with your Terror Radius, making it harder to judge exactly where you are. This effect is even stronger on smaller maps. This has synergy with Calm and Nurse's Calling. Calm causes the survivors to randomly have a fake Terror Radius sound play for them, which makes it hard for them to know if they are nearby. If they decide to ignore the TR (which they will begin doing as the game progresses) you can begin seeing them using Nurse's Calling. The reason I suggest Sloppy Butcher / Thanatophobia is to increase healing times to potentially get more use out of Nurse's Calling, and also to help you slow down the game.
Because you said you are having trouble at pallets, one of the Electrodes and Brutal Strength would be best. The Electrode add-ons increase the distance you can hit survivors. The Electrodes also increase charge time, however, so it would be best to stick with the Common version (Mouldy Electrode). While you should be able to stop survivors at every pallet, Brutal Strength will be there to help you in case you mess up. I don't think you should use Enduring on Doctor, since you can just completely avoid being hit by pallets (with enough practice, anyways).
Hope this helps!
