How to deal with common/ popular killer perks
Give the killer 5 perks and make them all hexes. That would be fair for all ranks as well as new and old plauers

Haunted Grounds though? Hex perks though?

They would stay the same. Except haunted would take 2 perk spots

So if your allowed to destroy a killers perks does this means that a killer is allowed to break survivor perks too? Seems only fair.

I don't think that's the problem with this idea, especially given the fragility of survivor perks atm.

You need to justify your rationale. What part of that is fair or even makes sense?

Fine. I will allow this.
However, as a trade, every time I hit you, you lose one perk.
Does that sound fair to you? No? Neither is what you suggested.

Well don't forget to give survivors a fifth perk slot.

Well by making all killer perks he's it will be more fun and balanced for new players as well as old players who can just not v do the totems

That would be unfair and unfun for new players

More fun for who, exactly? You? All survivors? What about new people who want to be the killer? Are you going to pigeonhole all “new players” as survivors?
Dont think you are really thinking about this.

I mean think about it killer has thanaphobia that's is slowing you down boom take out the totem. Doctor kicking the gens with overcharge boom take out the totem

Not exactly fragile perks Survivors just tend to use strong perks that are one time uses as common place. If you intend to nerf one side it's only reasonable to ask the same be done to the other. I find it ridiculous that after Ruin was nerfed and people are struggling that some entitled survivor Mains want more.
There's a guy on a thread right now arguing for BBQ&C to be a Hex perk. Seems more like people are boosted or ignorant of counters.

Also gives survivors a second objective.

Okay, educate them. It's better than entertaining them.

I mean with what information? If he wanted actual info you know from past experiences with me I'll write an essay for him not just a simple reply.
All he wanted was 4 interactable perks at all times. I replied with if a survivor can screw with killer perks as suggested it would only be fair for the killer to do the same. At what point is nerfing killer gonna stop because I think as survivor bo Ruin is so boring. I switched from playing gen to forcing the killer on me now.
I mean in all honesty if survivors lost the metric ton of second chance perks they get then Survivors would suffer greatly. People who legit run 3 to 4 second chance perks really can't say much if they lose. If you lose having stacked the odds that much in your favor it's not the game or killers It's you as a player.
An example with hours instead of rank
If a person with 20 hours told you to nerf this game in this way and that. No one will listen
If someone with a hundreds of hours did the same thing some people would pay attention.
If someone with thousands of hours mentioned it we should listen.
Yet a lot of people happen to listen to the person who knows everything about the game from low rank to high rank with a combined total of 20 hours.
