Did something change with the Devout Emblem recently?

I recently had two Killer games where I safetied on a 4k, which shocked me as I only camp or tunnel when necessary (as in Survivors are rushing in for the save). When I started looking though my Emblems a couple of days later (the pictures are from recordings because I didn’t notice anything until just now), I noticed that my Devout was only silver both times and that it wasn’t compensating me for the Survivor DCs (the first game had one and the second has two). I definitely remember receiving points because of Survivors DCs in that Emblem and I checked the wiki to confirm.

I didn’t see anything in the patch notes that mentioned the Devout Emblem. Is this just a bug or did you guys forget to tell us about this change? This could easily be the difference between depipping and safety pipping for some players.
