Sacrifice 5 Survivors to the entity
How does that actually work? since activating that challenge ive had multiple games with 2-4 kills on hook per game.. and the challenge still reads 0/5
am i missing something?
is this challenge bugged?
can someone help me here?

Sounds like the challenge could be bugged. It's definitely supposed to work if you sacrifice survivors on hooks. Are you sure that you have the challenge active?

yeah checked that multiple times, even deactivated and reactivated it,.. relogged,.. and so on.
i know some challnges dont update the numbers or update them way late... but liek i said, it doesnt get updated. and its the only challenge so far that doesnt seem to work for me at all,.. the others were fine as is, like i said sometimes not updating the numbers shown, but still counting in the background so it completed itself after a while (the collect x bloodpoint) but this one is just a whole of nothingness

You could report it as a bug (https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/categories/bug-reports), although I don't think the challenge itself is completely broken, since it's working fine for most other people. I think the best course of action would be to contact Support and see if they can resolve the issue for you. I'm not sure what challenge you're specifically asking about anyways, I couldn't find a "Sacrifice 5 Survivors to The Entity" challenge on Tome ll, unless you're going through Tome l?
Is this the "Spilling Blood" Challenge on Tome ll or a challenge from the previous Tome? Are you even talking about a challenge or is this a daily?

Than it indeed seems like a bug that could've been brought on by patch 3.5.0, but that's just speculation.
I'd just follow what Fibijean said and report it to the Bug Reports sub-forum and see if the Support Team can look into it for you so it gets completed.

I couldn't tell you if they do or not.
If they do, they'll eventually get to your ticket when you reach the head of the line. Usually the oldest tickets naturally get tended too next and the new tickets will get taken care of after.
If they don't than it'll eventually get taken care of yes.

Your best option is to contact Support to see what they can do for you, if they don't have a solution to the issue directly than you'll have to unfortunately wait for a patch to fix this issue.
