Make Pipping system Efficiency based, not Time based

Everyone has had those games where they last a lot of time and you still lose horribly, but manage to pip up. Or as Killer when you get a 4K too fast since the Survivors are bad and depip. The system doesn't work. For Killer, simply making the system 0 or 1 Kills - Depip, 2 Kills - Black pip, 3 Kills - One Pip, 4 Kills - Double Pip would be a thousand times better than the current system, and please make DC count as a Kill.

I didn't hate it. It made a lot more sense than what we've got now.
