Do you think legion's power gauge should be reduced by basic attacks?
you would think a killer must be really strong for his power to be delayed everytime he hits a survivor with a basic attack, like a limitation so that the killer isn't overpowered,
the thing is legion... is far from that...

There is alot of other things that are "akward" on him: 4 sec cooldown without having collision, looses all your power when missing, 20 seconds recovery time, cooldown addons being wortless, mending increase time almost the same as default, Stab Wounds Study (can't even describe its problem, just needs an entire rework) and Frank's mixtape doesn't give bonus bloodpoints (even scratched mirror has it)
And after all, I main him :')

Just want to say that these options are somewhat confusing. You asked if Legion's power should be reduced by basic attacks, then put "yeah" as option one pertaining to "doesn't make sense for it to reduce," and "nope" before saying "fine were it is."
If you didn't have the extra after those two, they wouldn't seem so contradictory to each other. Might just be the way I think though.

Legion needs a rework in general; they have too much punishing factors related to using their power (Deep Wounds timer is obscenely long and you can literally run in circles to pause it, cannot down, 4s cooldown, lose half your power gauge on a basic attack, lose your entire power gauge on miss, blind, survivor pickup, or hitting the same survivor twice). No other killer has that much risk as compared to so little reward.

Legion has like 3 drawbacks for every positive in their arsenal. Even removing one negative can have a good effect.
Run Faster in Power: Non-Lethal, Can’t see Scratches/Blood pools, Whiffs cancel the whole thing.
Vault Pallets: Stuns take you out of the whole power, no collision when vaulting, requires UR to break pallet with power.
Tracking Tool with Killer Instinct: still a buggy mess as KI still sometimes doesn’t show heartbeats, duration is too short for the time, fatigue too punishing.
Addons: Either worthless to bring (Frank’s/SWS/Fuming Tape/increases detection), a requirement to use (cold dirt/joeys, Iri Button/Sketchbook, Legion Pin/Duration), or effect is nearly unnoticeable because value is too small (every brown and yellow addon)
This still leaves out M1’s remove a large chunk, locker grabs remove the whole bar, there not being any mechanic for cancelling intentionally for a shorter stun, no reward for chaining hits without expensive addons, or the fact other killers still are allowed interesting gameplay options with their addons while Legion’s addons can potentially make you lose the game by trying to make them work
