List of Killer perks that I think need to be buffed + suggestion

Spies from the shadows: give 100% chance to reveal the player aura for 4 seconds
Unrelenting: they could make it increase lunge range
Surveillance: they could make it be based only on range like 50/100/infinite meters and remove the time restriction
Beast of prey: remove stain for 20/30/40 secs at the start of a chase
Territorial imperative: make it activate at all ranges or remove the cooldown (occasional aura reading of the basement at long range is not something I found worth the perk slot)
Thanatophobia: make the stacks not lost on death of the survivor and bump up the value of the speed reduction by 2% per stack, so it is more effective at wasting time.
Hex: thrill of the hunt: turn it into a normal perk and make the blood point bonus effect a permanent 100% bonus just like distressing after it was buffed
Hex: third seal : turn it into a normal perk or keep it as a hex but make it inflict hindered instead of blind
Monstrous shrine: disable the ability of unhooking yourself when you are hook in the basement and make hook progression 5/10/15 % or 15/20/25 % faster sacrifice speed
Stridor: increase the breathing volume a little more
Dying light: make the speed reduction be 40/45/50%
Play with your food: lose stacks when hitting the obsession, just like save the best for last
Overcharge: increase break action speed by 20%
Hangman’s trick: increase hooking speed by 50%
Fire up: make it start to be active at 1 generator fixed
