what if the killers became survivors
I give you an example of what I mean. Let's take the nurse for instance.
Her perks can be reworked to allow her to heal your teammates faster in to see teammates that are healing at a distance.

Okay now this one is a spin on if survivors became Killers because I'm actually interested to know what exactly The Killers would do if they became survivors.I give you an example of what I mean. Let's take the nurse for instance.

A reversed Thanatophobia. For the more survivors that are injured the faster the whole team becomes. Survivor's hearing is increased by 25 percent. Sounds produced by killers are 25/50/75%. These values dont stack and only count for the survivor that uses the perk.

Hex Totems could be attached to the specific survivor and if he dies the hex perks are gone too.
Lisa could have some cool perks as survivor.Hex: Ruin could give the survivors a boost when they hit the great skill check or maybe even create a second skill check zone so that you're able to hit the skill check.
Hex: Third Seal could put a blindness on the killer if he attacks you (range-based)
The killer can't hooks and generators in an area of 12/24/36 metres.Hex: Devour Hope could work against camping or tunneling. Whenever the killer stays 4/6/8 metres away from you when you're hooked and/or attacks you 3/6/9 seconds after you being unhooked gain a token and following happens:
1 Token: Speed Action of the killer is 3/4/5 % slower
2 Tokens: Attack cooldown of the killer is 8/9/10 % longer
3 Tokens: Pallet Stuns are 2/3/4 seconds longer
4 Tokens (Would possibly never happen without dying on the next hook): The next 1/2/3 generators that are the nearest to the hooked survivors cannot be damaged by the killer.Of course these perks would be reset if the survivor dies (like if the hex totem is cleansed) or on every hook one random hex perk is "destroyed"

lore wise, trapper was survivor for a long time until he was tortured into submission. You can see hooks on him - traces of what entity did to his unbreakable spirit for a long period of time
as for what would it be: original killers - they were survivors from start, only went mad afterwards. Returning sanity, would be your average david king.
dlc from franchises - well, you know, let's omit this.
clown - dud is "original" but was not survivor, he'll probably be a sexier version of David. since he got fat only after his first murder and before that was a pro boxer, and is actually almost as strong as Evan0 -
perk wise:
agitation - years of fighting teached you a few tricks, you know how to struggle. Wiggle from killers grasp 8/10/12% faster
Soothing presence - your leadership shines brightly - increases success great skill checkzone for you and other survivors in 8 meters around you by 6/8/10% if you are not injured
Brutal strength - increase time of stuns done to killer by you for 10/15/20%. If killer has enduring, remove perk effect insteadI'd say his perks would be pretty OP

Would Leatherface then take the faces of the killers in this scenario?

@IronWolf115
Know if I were to guess I would wager that he would basically just make replica faces of the killers. Basically just to make a mockery of them. Leatherface wasn't exactly playing with a full deck because he is technically and medically deemed #########0 -
Reverse Franklin's! Cause killers to drop their main weapon and they have to search endlessly for it
