Out of the perks needing a buff mentioned
Sole survivor wasn't mentioned?? this perk is in serious need of a buff/change. Especially after the object of obsession nerf.

BHVR mentioned they have a list of Perks they are looking to address but are doing so 1 at a time as to not create more problems. Sole Survivor may be on the back burner due to it needing more of a rework (stat changes won't fix it).

A lot of survivor perks need some changes because the last meta perk survivors got is from David King and Huntress chapter and the last good perks are from Saw and Stranger things chapters, anything else was either not very good, only good for memeing or nerfed to oblivion (MoM nerf was totally deserved tho).

It was on the Dev stream. They mentioned things like Slippery Meat, Technician, and a few more.
