Hello lads ! i have a problem like 4-5 days in a row with this error "unable to update your rank"
Any one know how to fix it?

It's a known issue at the moment, BHVR is aware and they're looking into fixing it.
Your best option is to just contact support team and let them know, they'll either give you information on the issue or a possible fix.
