Decisive Strike bug (maybe?)
Im not pro at this game but I have a pretty decent understanding. I have noticed after Ive been knocked by a killer (after i have been unhooked or unhooked someone else) and my decisive strike perk activates, I hit the skill check perfectly but nothing happens? Im unsure if there is other aspects that affect this but it seem to me like it could be a bug or something.
Please help!

It's a known issue at the moment, the Devs know and they're going to fix it.
