For this new hidden skill rating system, what are the conditions that define it?

I'd like if possible a few of the conditions that define the advancement/decline of the new skill-rating system. I understand that it may not be set in stone now, but what are some of the speculated parameters that decide what raises or lowers your pseudo elo?

I'd imagine for killer it's a mix of how many did you sacrifice in a match and how fast did you do it, and for survivor perhaps is going to be a bit more difficult. I'd think it'd be a good idea to judge a survivor team as a whole. Say three escape, I'd count that as a win even for the dead person (given they've passed some contribution checks like amount of charges done on gens, people unhooked, ect.) But I'm not sure how you all plan to go about this.
