Very amazing that you showed quite an efficient amount of statistics of the doctor. I myself am having a blast with him but I do feel he probably needs a slight nerf along with a slight buff if you get what I mean. Say for example the slight nerf you suggested, but at the same time he has a slight buff such as an increased radius for his static blast or an increased terror radius when he does not have his static blast (random idea btw). Though of course this is my opinion and anybody is welcome to say anything in regards to this. I want to have a open and positive conversation
