Why do the developers constantly ignore the big bugs in the game?
Matchmaking is absolutely f**ked, hitboxes are horrid. Why are they not focusing on these gamebreaking issues??

Neither matchmaking nor hitboxes are a bug.

They're actually, they just made a post about what they're trying to work on with matchmaking. I'll link it below so you can see the status update on the matchmaking changes.

Unless I can't read you didn't mention they were bugs, they were just mentioned as "gamebreaking issues."
Which in a sense they're in most cases (kinda), especially if the queue times get worse and worse, but they're indeed looking into the fix and have released an update on this in the link above.
And the "Rainbow Rank issue" is also something that hits a lot of new players, so it does deter them from playing if they're paired with Ranks that're far above their skill-set. So yeah, i'd considered these to be big issues, game breaking? No, but they're indeed issues that need addressing... which they're being addressed so that's good!

The point wasn't to over-analyze what you said and correct it, I was just saying that you didn't outright say it was a bug and instead said it was an issue, which is why I even brought it up because it came off that way but clearly it wasn't from what you're telling me. In all seriousness, it doesn't matter...
Anyways, yes, it's good that the matchmaking will now be focused more on skill brackets as a whole, this is good for the future health of the game and in-general with how new players face Survivors and Killers alike.

As for hitboxes, I'm assuming you mean server latency, which is something that they have explicitly confirmed in their last dev stream, and on many other occasions, that they're not ignoring and are in fact constantly working to improve. Just because every backend fix they make isn't in the patch notes doesn't mean there aren't backend fixes happening.
