No Freddy on pc game pass?
How come I cant get freddy nor his perks on pc game pass?

Can you clarify what a "PC Game Pass" is? Are you talking about the Xbox Game Pass but just with a different name?

Yes it is the xbox game pass on pc.

It doesn't give an option to buy freddy as I've bought the other killers. Was just curious as to why I have to face him as a survivor but I have no option of being him.

I'm not entirely aware on how Xbox Game Pass works on PC specifically, but there's a possibility that you can't buy it through the Xbox Game Pass due to a licensing issue or an error through the Xbox Game Pass itself.
You can try contacting the Support Team about this issue to get a more clear answer, but that's about as much as I can say on said issue.

The Nightmare on Elm Street chapter isn't available on the Microsoft Store version of the game, presumably for licensing reasons. I believe Steam is the only platform where you can play it currently, but the devs have been trying to acquire permission to release it on other platforms from what I've heard, so that will hopefully change in the future.

Ah, yep that's correct. Should have checked my facts like I usually do, I got lazy. So yeah, right now the Windows Store is the only place you can't get the Nightmare on Elm Street chapter.

I honestly forget the Switch exists too...
But it's ok to not know, sometimes I get things wrong as well. That's life, nobody's perfect.
