Phase 2 Struggle causes me physical pain..literally.
I play this game a lot on console, I do work on computer, I also paint as a hobby and a job. Meaning my wrists are at a high risk of getting absolutely demolished if I game too much. Pressing the x button repeteadly in such a fast pace has definetely been the worst of all the things I do to my wrists, and I really really hope the devs can take into consideration either an option to change the button or just change the Phase 2 struggle absolutely. To me the current version isn't at all interesting or fun, but causes pain and inability to play the game properly because I almost always fail at pressing the button fast enough. It's very frustrating when you lose a whole phase of struggle and a big chance to get out alive just because of a mechanic that you can't follow. I don't mean to sound harsh but It's lately been bothering me a lot. Am I the only one with these thoughts or do people suffer from this as well? Again, I'm on PS4 so I'm not sure if the system is a bit better on PC. For console the button is placed so it is very painful to someone with poor wrists.

I heard of alternate methods on PC (macros, mousewheel), but it won't be any use to you on console :/

Maybe Devs can make the struggle button pressing slower. Like, you must press it once in 5 seconds, instead of multiple times in one second.
I have tendonitis, and I feel it when pressing the X too fast. I try to discover the lowest speed possible, and get some confort.
Try that. I believe twice in a second is enough. Make a rythm with your buttom pressing. Dont need to press the button very very very fast.
You may die once or twice to get the minimal timing, but is worth for our hands.

I want a mini game
Something to do while my freinds laugh at my screaming corpse.
QTE of pressing X or O or square or triangle randomly every 3-7 seconds and staying up for at least 2 seconds

or just a regular skillcheck every 5 seconds

skillcheck would be way more fun imo 👍

Until you stupidly miss one, but still.. it wouldn't need to be difficult skillchecks, just regular ones would do. Rather miss a regular skillcheck than skip a beat on my spacebar tapping rythm.
