Matchmaking still not fixed?

I have to admit, I was really hoping that the hotfix would fix matchmaking. Is there an ETA on when this is expected to be fixed? I sincerely hope that it's not going to take until the next chapter to fix it. I really, truly am losing interest in going up against an endless parade of red ranks in every single round.

    I'm genuinely curious about even a general timeline on this issue. @Peanits @not_Queen , is there any information available about when this may be fixed, or at least what the broader issue is? In case there's any questions about what I'm talking about, it seems like MM currently has no limits. I'm getting paired well beyond the +/- 6 ranks threshold. Currently, I'm a rank 10 and, given my understanding, I should be paired with ranks 4-16. Instead, the last game I played had three rank 2s, and a rank 20. This seems to fall outside of how matchmaking was previously described as working.
