The Burning Chapter (Player made chapter)
In this chapter The Burned enters the fog, ex-plague-doctor of the dark ages. Sir Fitzgerald was once a kind, and intelligent man, however when the black death struck no one was ready for what followed, death and decay everywhere in the streets. Quickly Sir Fitzgerald ran to the aid of others becoming one of the plague doctors for his city of London. After the disease had reached a toll of hundreds, including his wife, he soon fell to resentment of his post. As he grew evermore weary he developed a habit of killing even potential victims of the plague in the name of mercy. Later on he grew fond of the smell of rotting corpses, beginning to relish any chance to kill in increasingly painful ways. Dragging the barely living to mass burials to be burned together strangely never contracting the plague himself. One day he was ratted out for killing the healthy in mass burnings then burned at the stake for betrayal of the state.
His perks include: Hex: Mass Burial, Well Acquainted, and Rot and Decay, as a means to increase the speed at which the endgame collapses as well as keep the survivors off the objectives.
Hex: Mass Burial - You call upon the entity to create a hexed totem. So long as this totem is active, if 4/3/2+ survivors are injured at once then all suffer the Deep Wound¹ effect. This perk has a 90/60/30 second cool down.
Well Acquainted - Rats² now spawn throughout the map instead of Crows. If a survivor moves while standing on top of a Rat within 6/12/24 meters of the killer then they scream allerting the killer as to where they are + when an injured survivors comes withing 5 meters of a rat the rat will glow bright red and follow at a standard walking speed for 3/5/8 seconds.
Rot and Decay - For every injured survivor increase the collapse speed by 5/8/12%.
¹this is an altered deep wound in which if the survivor mends in time then there is no health penalty, but it takes 15% longer to mend
²These Rats wander aimlessly throughout the map and there is significantly less of these than there would be Crows.
His abilities are Bring Out the Dead, and Burn the Bodies to punish those unfit for survival.
Passive - Bring Out the Dead - For every successful hit and failed generator skill check receive a token, for every 2nd successful hit remove one token, and killing a survivor removes all tokens. Up to a maximum of 8 tokens
2 • 5% chase speed increase
4 • 10% missed hit recovery
6 • kill one survivor by your hand, but reduce the maximum tokens to 5, and reduce movement speed to 4.4 for the rest of the trial.
Action - Burn the Bodies - Every time a survivor fails a skillcheck this receives a charge, maximum of 3, use the action button while looking at a generator within 30 meters to erupt it in flames injuring all survivors working on it beginning regression but increase the total repair amount by 5%. This has a 15 second cool down between token gains, and usage.
Terror radius - 24 meters
Base movement speed - 4.6 meters
Tall and lanky
New Survivor:
Edward something... "The Beggar"
A budgeting, selfless, sacrifice
A man of low standards, wealth, and usefulness. a beggar who cared for all, and wished for nothing more than food to live. The town would often feed him, let him bathe, etc because this old veteran knight gone poor had saved the lives of many often looking to mercy over bloodlust. Sadly after the plague hit he to soon fell ill alongside his people wishing not to inflict such a disease among others he dragged himself to the woods to rot; the rats covered him as everything faded to black then he awoke at a strange bonfire. Using his perks Knight in Shining Armor, Self Sacrifice, and Pocketful of Posies he is able to hold a chase, and hide his allies time to escape.
Knight in Shining Armor
Everytime you are hit by the killer the killer is blinded for 1/2/3 seconds while you are the obsession this is increased by 1 second. This has a 90/75/60 second cool down. Your personal healing speed is decreased by 15/10/5% for each time this perk activates up to a maximum of 45/30/25%
This increases your chances of being the obsession.
Self Sacrifice
While you are in a chase all other survivors gain 3/5/8% increased generator repair speed (does not stack with multiple survivors on one generator) while in a chase you move 8/10/12% faster for 5 seconds and the endgame collapse is paused. You suffer a 45/30/15% interact speed on all interactions (including gens) while outside the killers terror radius.
Pocket Full of Posies
After taking a killing blow you instead take on the deep wound effect³ and do not leave scratch marks for 5/10/15 seconds. After the timer runs out you are downed but do not reveal your location.
³Has only a 30 second bleedout timer can only be mended by others

The movement speed buff is too strong for self sacrifice, if the killer is huntress or hag the survivor would be faster than the killer. Also in the plague doctors power 4.0 movement speed is the same speed as survivors. I would make him 4.6 speed by default and then when he kills someone make it 4.4

I did alter the numbers on account of the movement speed of killers thanks for catching me on that one. As well as now self sacrifices speed bonus only lasts 5 seconds from the beginning of the chase.
