PS4 Dead Hard since the hotfix

Anyone on PS4 who use dead hard notice since that Wednesday hotfix... it like messed up the timing or lag or something? I've been using it for months and yah every once in awhile latency will goof it up... but i am talking like, I would literally use it way early on purpose just to get to a pallet and I'm still downed. I'll test more tonight but it seems busted as of yesterday...
