Instasaw doesn't exist anymore. Tinkerer was reworked. Stacked charge time addons cut it down by literally one second. I didn't forget anything. Read the entire thread next time.

Yes seconds count in dbd. Literally no one agrees with you that Billy's add ons are fine.

Maybe Clown should be severely nerfed then, you can hold his bottles (the Killer Power) and walk around with full speed for as long as you want. Sounds really busted from that perspective.

Literally never said that. I agree to disagree with plenty of people. I will say, and continue to say, that only unskilled survivors will say Billy is overpowered.
If you can't handle being told you're wrong, I really don't know what to tell ya. You said he needs "cooldowns like nurse", and he already has cooldowns like nurse. You showed with your opening statement alone that you are either a new player or not very knowledgeable of neither survivor or killer gameplay.

Seconds count, and if you're in the middle of a loop, that second means nothing. If you're out in the open, you were screwed whether the Billy had charge addons or not.
Seconds matter more to the killer than anything. Survivor games aren't time sensitive. Killers are.

Time is very important for survivors in chases. I don't get why you think it doesn't. Just look at how much of a difference the 15% vault speed can make.
Charging the chainsaw faster can absolutely make a big difference in loops, especially if you know how to curve.
Even half of a second could be game changing in certain situations, for both sides.

Imbalanced and overpowered are two different things. Just reconsider the latest changes that have been made to killers. U might get a clue of what im talking about.

I wouldn't want them removed, just nerfed a bit. Though I donÄt really have a strong opinion on that matter, I can just see why people would want them nerfed a bit, since they are really powerful and Billy is already a strong killer at base.

Oh yes it's completely fine that the add ons eliminate most counter play to billy. I play more killer than survivor btw, but thanks for admitting your bias and discrimination :)

Kiddo, nothing is easy as killer. Ez mode is the survivor part of the game, you know where people are too bad to hit a skillcheck.

But all you have done all day is call anyone who disagrees with you a bad player. Its quite insulting.
I haven’t spoken about anyones skill level, just pointed out that Billy is the easiest of the top tier killers. People will always take the easiest path. Its why many pick other killers over Nurse. Or why many take the strongest perks (e.g. NOED)
