Anybody else agree Freddy's lunge needs fixed
Freddy has one of the longest lunges other than demo and pig if im wrong tell me

I think the main issue with lunges on Killers with hand/arm weapons is that they don't reach far enough in 3rd person due to how the hitbox actually reaches out.
That's most likely the case here. Ironically, The Spirit had issues with how far her lunge would reach, and she had a katana... not a glove with blades on it. I don't remember if the lunges were ALWAYS the same, but they're now all the same yes.

Lunge lengths are the same for all killers (except for Myers I and III), which I think is silly due to how poorly the visuals (the reason this post was made) often line up with the lunge animation. imo, shorter killers should have shorter lunges just like how our brains expect them to have so that I'm not left reminding myself that the game is playing tricks on my mind after every aggravating and nonsensical-seeming hit .

The Freddy lunge is just a meme that's thrown around in DBD. The joke itself mostly stems from how disjointed it looks from the actual hitbox it has, so as a Killer it looks fine but as a Survivor it can look longer than it actually is sometimes.
Every Killer has the same lunge in-game, the only Killers that can modify their lunge or use more extended versions is The Pig's dash, Demogorgons pounce, and Michael Myers in Tier lll. Otherwise, the basic lunge that every Killer has with their M1 attack (I.E. the basic attack) is the same EXCEPT for Michael Myers in Tier lll, since in Tier lll his lunge is extended for a base time of 60 seconds.
Demogorgons pounce and The Pigs dash are just secondary powers, in terms of basic attacks they're all the same except Myers in Tier lll.
side note
Some lunges might also look longer than normal because of connection issues with Dedicated Servers, so if you see a Trapper hit you from slightly farther away than either The Killers or your connection just had a hiccup.

Freddy's lunge has the same range as every other killer's, not counting Demo's Shred and Pig's Ambush since those are secondary powers, not basic attacks. It just looks longer relative to his body, because he's quite a small killer with quite a short weapon, so his weapon doesn't visually connect with survivors if they're on the edge of his lunge range. Pig has the same problem when she lunges normally.

Nurse's post-blink lunge is also slightly shorter than the regular lunge. However with dedicated servers now its quite often even shorter now.

Basic attack lunges, lunges that're shortened, for example, by a power prior to said lunge is a bit different.
That's why Michael Myers lunge is the only exception, yes it's modified by a power but it doesn't require you to use the power beforehand to than modify it, it's just a level that Myers goes into when he gets a 100% charge in his "stalk meter"
Something like Nurses post-Blink lunge is slightly different since you had to blink beforehand for it to happen, Myers Lunge is always that way in Tier lll. You can still argue that they're both one in the same, but in my opinion it isn't. It's one of those things that I can agree on for both sides, but its hard to really say which is which, like I said though I mostly lean on it not being similar.

Otherwise yes. Arguable Myer's power needs to be used for this to happen, but Myers himself is a unique exception to the lunge mechanic, since you could also argue that Myers default Tier l is how he starts of, which he does, so technically speaking Tier lll and Tier l are subjected to either their own class or they're the exception to the lunge mechanic itself.
As for the most part for EVERY OTHER KILLER it's the same yes.
