Beeing stuck forever in the heal animation. Is it bannable?

Endgame timer already over and he cant do anything, he cant walk or even bleedout. Both are now staring each other and waiting until someone dcs to end this. While he was in the match stuck the wraith facecamped and killed us all straigh up. I added him to ask why he played that toxic and he meant that we played "toxic" and were genrushing... ( We finished the first 2 gens in the first min in the game and needed 8min to finisht the next 2). He said that now because he "recked" us the stuck survivor need to hack to annoy him because he is sad.

He said that he wants to report him for "hacking". I tried everything to explain that he is bugged but he is now ignoring me. I guesss its not bannable but just in case.. still asking. Is it bannable?

Edit: He is still stuck after 20 min xD

Bugs are not bannable.

I was stuck underneath a hooked Adam a few days ago in the dying state and the Spirit couldn't pick me up.

A update! The Wraith dcd now but he called me in steam a peace of ######### and a pussy hacker! Actually it was my friend who was stuck but well... xD

It's not bannable, no. Neither person in that scenario did anything wrong. It would not be considered holding the game hostage since neither person is in the wrong.
