Double Bloodpoint Events
I'm a fairly new player, and was wondering the frequency of these events to help out with grinding perks. Thanks.

They're entirely random, but they usually happen around holidays like Christmas, Halloween, etc.
One happened around December when Christmas was still happening so... it can be entirely random with no real set date or it can be around holidays.

There is usually a Blood Hunt every few months, but there's no set schedule for them. As indicated, they usually happen around special events - anniversaries, equinoxes, or holidays like Christmas, Easter, Valentine's Day, etc. I expect we will probably see another Blood Hunt for the game's anniversary in June, but there might be another between now and then.

The previous one was at the end of the first Rift. I hope they make this a thing. Although to be honest I was burned out and didn't play much after my final challenge, face-camping 4 survivors in the basement.

I think that too was just random, since most of these are just used on holidays or random dates in time.
And yeah... it'd be kind of odd to put a BloodHunt after everyones almost done... usually they too would be burnt out.

I think that was a Winter Blood Hunt, not an end-of-Rift Blood Hunt, and the timing just happened to coincide. So it's unlikely that they will do something similar for each Rift in the future.
